Genieten van de plek en de lieve eigenaars ☺De ligging is geweldig met prachtig uitzicht en veel sfeervolle plekjes om te zitten en te genieten Het lieflijke dorpje Competa op enkele kilometers.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. ☺ Nell and Age were super hosts!. They live above the house so were available for anything we needed. They made us feel so very welcome, gave helpful advice on places to visit and go walking and we had some great conversations with them. They gave us fresh eggs from their lovely 3 chickens, freshly picked oranges, lemons and avocados! The house is a traditional rustic style, a mix of Spanish/Dutch furnishings set high on the hill with spectacular views of the mountains and villages that we absolutely loved, very tranquil and peaceful! It was easy to drive to the local villages and explore the beautiful surroundings. ☹ I wouldn't say we didn't like it, but be aware the house is set on a steep hill, hence the wonderful views!, but perfectly manageable, we had a big car and managed it well.

!!Por dos cositas!! ☺La casa, las personas que la llevan, los pueblecitos de alrededor, etc... ☹La televisión no esta en español, solo se cogen dos o tres canales autonomicos. La calefaccion funcionaba a ratos.

Maravillosa estancia. ☺El magnífico paisajelas vistas maravillosas a la sierra y el pueblo de cómpeta al fondo, la barbacoa muy cómoda y con tapa, fenomenal para la lluvia que nos sorprendió, el baño amplio y grande con una ducha muy cómoda, el absoluto silencio en la vivienda, y levantarme por la mañana y ver a un precioso burrito por la ventana observandonos. También sobre los dueños una agradable pareja que estuvo atenta a todo lo que le demandamos, he hizo lo que estuvo en su mano, por que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Nos recibieron con una bonita botella, bandeja y vasos de vino de cómpeta, y también nos dejaron en la cocina por si apeteceia 4 huevos recién puestos de sus gallinas que están allí mismo junto a la casa. En fin todo fenomenal. También reseñar que por otra lluvia inesperada y el poco tiempo que nos sobró nos dejaron hacer la barbacoa para comer antes de volver a casa alargando un poco así el check out. ☹Todo aceptable, solo que el televisor solo captaba señal, en español tele Galicia y otra autonómica más.

Heerlijke vakantieplek waar je helemaal tot rust komt! Aanrader! ☺Het was een prachtig verblijf. De ligging was super mooi. Heel vriendelijke behulpzame beheerders. Fijn voor onze hond dat de tuin kon worden afgesloten. Zij kon heerlijk rondscharrelen in de tuin. Uitzicht geweldig! Grote woonkamer. Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt om lekker te koken. Zeker een aanrader! ☹Het ligt aan een bochtige bergweg. 's Avonds best moeilijk doordat de weg het niet verlicht is. Maar overdag goed te berijden.

☺Age y Nelly nos hicieron sentir como en casa en la última semana de agosto. Precioso jardín con barbacoa y una piscina con numerosas tumbonas y con impresionantes vistas a toda la comarca de la axarquia.

This is us

We are Age & Nell, a friendly couple from the Netherlands. You can find us since 2009 in the beautiful Cómpeta in Andalusia. We love to welcome people, and that is why we offer our lovely ground floor flat. We have worked on it with a lot of love and can offer a place for everyone who loves beautiful nature and the sun and just wants to enjoy themselves.

Our guests can always come to us, and we are happy to tell them about all the fun things to do in the area. We enjoy beautiful walks and nice bike rides. We will be happy to give you tips on how to get to know the nicest things in the area.

Our PLACE in the sun

We are delighted to introduce you to Casa Stork. In 1998 we bought some land with olive trees and made it into a cosy home. We love living in this beautiful region of Andalucia and enjoy sharing our home with others.

Casa Stork is a holiday home for four people on the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs. Because the house is on the ground floor, our guests have easy access to the large covered terrace and fenced garden. Pets are welcome and can play happily and safely in the garden. There is a BBQ and guests can have a splash in the pool and/or enjoy the beautiful view.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a fully equipped bathroom and we provide linens and towels.

In the spacious living room, there is a flat-screen television with satellite channels. You can prepare tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meals together in the dining area or on the lovely terrace.

Parking is easy, right in front of the door, and there is free wifi. The apartment is completely wheelchair-proof.

WHERE WE ARE

Our holiday flat can be found in Cómpeta. The nearest airport is Málaga airport, 65 km from Casa Stork. You will find us in the hills of Cómpeta, in a very quiet neighbourhood, where the neighbour’s donkey might be the noisiest distraction.

The charming village of Cómpeta is only 5 minutes away from the house.

If you fancy a trip to the beach, then Nerja and Torrox are very close by, at about 27 km.
